South Shore Boatworks Gazebo Shrink Wrap Protection
We’re excited to share a recent project completed by South Shore Boatworks out of Long Island! Their customer was looking to transform an outdoor gazebo into a functional, year-round space.
The structure measured approximately 8′ x 38′, and the team used a 20′ x 298′ roll of 7-mil white shrink wrap for the job. For this application, 19 feet were cut from the roll and then split in half to achieve the proper coverage.
To create a strong, secure frame, Dr. Shrink Woven Cord Strapping was installed, along with strategically placed (and concealed) secure screws throughout the structure to maintain a tight, clean finish.
A large 36″ x 72″ Dr. Shrink Zipper Access Door was also added, providing convenient entry and exit access all winter long.
